Love my DDG mask.. gives marvel character Im using it since a week. My question is how does one have to protect eyes while using mask? Or is it okay to use without protection? Also I use this mask on 3 minute red light + 3 minute blue light + 3 minute red & blue mix first thing in the morning and repeat this whole routine in night time too.
